New Year's in Richland

While at Tom's parent's house in Richland over New Years, we thought the kitchen window was open...with the very cold, hard blowing wind....we went to shut it and um...well it WAS shut!!  The whole window was coming out of the wall...very crazy...so Tom and his dad nailed it in so it would stay put until they could call on someone to fix it...very wierd!!

It's already January and this is the only snow around in the high high mountains near Baker Oregon that we saw.....makes for good roads to travel on though ;)   Just VERY thankful that Tom was able to catch the leaking hose in the suburban and be able to fix it BEFORE the kids and I headed home alone through the mountains in the dark with no cell service...
The LORD is GOOD!!!
